What You’ll Do

• Install, clean, and adjust HVAC systems including air handling units, ductwork, vents, and drainage components
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation-related issues efficiently and effectively
• Ensure all work meets OSHA safety regulations and appliance installation standards
• Document completed work using trade software (ServiceTitan)
• Provide excellent customer service—explaining installations, addressing questions, and recommending system enhancements
• Work collaboratively with other team members to deliver high-quality service

What You Bring

• Minimum 2 years of HVAC installation experience
• EPA 608 Universal Certification
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to craftsmanship
• Physical ability to perform the job safely and effectively
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow

Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience, with earning potential between $50,000 – $100,000+ annually
